Question: Do you ship to Tobago?

Answer: Yes! We use the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Service (TTPOST) to deliver packages to Tobago. TTPOST takes 3-5 days to deliver, please refer to shipping policy.

Question: Why does your official Instagram say open for pre-orders?

Answer: Items posted on our Instagram @faicomofficial are available for pre-order, meaning the items take 2-3 weeks to arrive after it has been ordered. This option is available to you if there is a specific item(s) you would like that is not available on our website. Items posted on website are readily available.
