TTPOST Disclaimer
After your package is sent through TTPOST we will send the tracking number as the package is no longer in our hands. The address given to TTPOST is the exact address given to us by you (the customer). If TTPOST is unable to find your address and were also unable to contact you through the contact information provided, then and only then would the package be returned to us.
If the above occurs, you would then be required to deposit an additional $30 to re-deliver your package to a different address or you would have the option to choose a different delivery option.
If you would no longer like to receive the package after it has been returned to us, your items would be subject to our cancellation/refund policy.
Cash on Delivery Disclaimer
FAICOM OFFICIAL uses an external delivery courier service to deliver packages requesting the cash on delivery method. Since this company is external to us, deliveries take 1-2 days to be delivered and we are unaware of the times said packages would be carried out as the delivery couriers work on their schedule in selected areas.
Packages are picked up from us before 9:00AM of any given day, therefore any order must be placed before this time to be eligible for same day delivery. After 9:00AM, the package will be sent out on the next available day. Changes to orders (inclusive of clothing changes, addresses, contact information or COD amount) must also be requested before 9:00AM of said date of delivery.
Any changes requested after 9:00AM will lead to cancellation of the order and you (the customer) will need to re-pay the delivery fee in order for your item(s) to be delivered.
All packages are usually delivered between 1:00PM - 5:30PM and you will be contacted by the delivery courier via text/call. If unavailable between this period, you (the customer) can arrange with the courier to your next available day. If your delivery has been attempted three (3) times to no avail it will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled packages are returned to us within a week after the last failed attempt, therefore, to re-deliver your package you (the customer) would have to wait until the package is returned to us, then re-pay the delivery fee to re-deliver your package. Changes to your order can be made within this waiting period.
PICK-UP Location Disclaimer
All pick-up locations are available every weekend but exceptions can be made during the week depending on availability. Times for pick-up locations are confirmed the Friday of each week.
